Mshep84 Posted February 28 Share Posted February 28 I got my DMA in 3 days which I was pleased with. What I am not pleased with at all is their customer support!!! I had a error when installing the DMA and it has been 4 days now since I reached out for help with NO answer. I tried to open a ticket in discord, I tried DM'S in discord, I even tried to reach out on the website and got nothing. I understand that things might take a few hours with time zone differences but I have gotten no where. The only response I got was is 2 AM sleeping will look at it when I wake up and heard nothing else.
